Located in Erie County in a small town along Lake Erie, Sissons’ Pumpkin Patch is a favorite in the state for fall family fun. The patch opened in 2010 and quickly became an annual family tradition for families in the area. Along with the pumpkin patch, visitors will find a straw fort, corn maze, hay rides, slides, and pedal karts. With a general daily admission of $12 per person, you can spend all day taking in the fresh air and enjoying the fall-themed activities. There is also a little store and a snack stand for refreshments.

2. Cherry Crest Adventure Farm

The Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is in Ronks outside of Lancaster in Southeast Pennsylvania. Not only is this farm one of the best pumpkin patches in Pennsylvania, but it also has one of the best corn mazes in America! With around 60 attractions, Cherry Crest Adventure Farm is a great way to spend the day. You can pick out pumpkins from the patch, get lost in the five-acre corn maze, visit the zoo, and check out one of the festivals.

3. Grim’s Orchard & Family Farms

Located in Breinigsville outside of Allentown, Grim’s Orchard & Family Farms is one of the best places to go for fresh fall food. Visitors can pick their own fruits and vegetables. Just buy a bag and fill it with freshly-grown food, like apples you can pick right from the tree. It’s also one of the best places to find scratch-made pies, apple cider donuts, brownies, and more. This orchard and family farm sits on 17 acres and features events throughout the year, like the fall festival in September and October. Along with picking your fruits and veggies, you can enjoy the corn maze, hay rides, games, and food trucks.

Sitting outside of Philadelphia in Spring City, the Olszanowski Farm offers the perfect fall experience for people of all ages. Take a tractor ride along spectacular sunflower fields and pumpkin patches, all while taking in the blazing fall colors of the surrounding trees. Along with the beautiful scenery and bountiful pumpkins and gourds for the picking, visitors can walk through the corn maze. This farm is perfect for those who want to skip the big crowds and long lines at the typical fall festivals.

5. Mazezilla Corn Maze

The Mazezilla Corn Maze is north of Allentown in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania. This family farm works all year to bring fall family fun in the form of their enormous and elaborate corn maze and pumpkin patch. Plus, they offer delicious farm-fresh produce, fruits, and vegetables. Visitors can also find wagon rides, slides, games, and barnyard animals. If you primarily come for the pumpkins, you won’t be disappointed. Mazezilla offers acres and acres of pumpkins, and you can take a wagon ride to find the perfect one!

6. Whistle Pig Pumpkin Patch

Located at the base of Schooley’s Peak near the town of Noxen, Whistle Pig Pumpkin Patch has operated as a dairy farm since the 1870s and is now a pick-your-own produce field. During the fall, visitors to the farm can take hayrides, visit the corn maze, pick a pumpkin from the patch, and have a picnic around a rustic campfire. The pumpkin selection is plentiful, and the family who runs the establishment sells homemade jams, syrups, and apple butter.

7. Coolspring Corn Maze and Farm Market
