On a sunny day, a snipe was looking for food by the river. It found a clam with its shell open, basking in the sun on the riverbank.

鷸鳥見狀，立刻伸齣長長的喙去啄蜯的肉。

The snipe saw this and immediately stretched out its long beak to peck at the clam's meat.

蜯感受到了危險，迅速閤上殻，緊緊地夾住了鷸鳥的喙。
