1.Today, I would like to share with you a breakfast cake made with eggplant and flour. It is nutritious, delicious, simple, and fast, and can be eaten in just ten minutes. We are preparing two eggplants, and it is best to choose the one with a softer and more fluffy texture for a better taste. Firstly, we peel and slice the eggplant, then cut it into thin strips.
