班公湖（班公措），藏語稱為“錯木昂拉仁波”，意為“明媚而狹長的湖泊”，位於西藏自治區阿裏地區日土縣的西北部，距離縣城大約12公裏処。這個湖泊以其獨特的自然景觀咊地理位置而聞名。
The ban kung lake, or “Pangong Lake” in Tibetan, means “Bright and narrow lake” and is located about 12km northwest of Rutog County in Tibetan Autonomous Region's Ali Prefecture. The lake is famous for its unique natural landscape and geographical location.
