Watch a Shark Swim So Close To a Crowded Beach It Almost Bumps Into People
Talk about getting close to danger; this video definitely makes the cut. We see people in danger every day all around the world. Whether it is by getting too close to sideswiping someone in traffic on the interstate, coming face to face with a grizzly bear, or in a freak accident, a ride at a theme park breaks down.
All of these instances are nothing short of terrifying. However, we think we can agree that the one below of a man walking into a shark is perhaps the most horrifying.

Shark Sighting in Australia
The next Instagram video posted at the top of this blog post takes us all the way to Manly Beach in Sydney, Australia. This video was uploaded by the Manly Observer Instagram page. This channel shares news and media from the Nothern Beaches. They share a short description of what happened in the video below.
“There’s a shark swimming between the flags at manly close to shore,” reports beachgoer Kobie just now (10am). “Every one is evacuating the water and shark alarm sounded.” Kobie says he saw the fin but couldn’t make out what breed our law-abiding visitor was.
“A man was literally like 2m from the shark and a lifeguard used his board to shield them as they walked into shore.”
Shark Vs. Man
At the start of this video, we are taken to the Manly Beach. We see this beach lined with families, surfers, and little kids who are all enjoying this sunny day in Australia. The waters are filled with people swimming, floating, and surfing.
Suddenly, the person filming zooms in at a particular point in the water where the tide is rolling in. And we see a shark fin! But what’s scary isn’t that there is one swimming. What’s scary is that there is a guy walking directly into the shark and doesn’t see it! Suddenly, he is alerted to this shark. And we see him walking as fast as he can to get out of the water.
