Gaylord Family Memorial Stadium was founded in 1923 in which it housed the first-ever game at the stadium between The Sooners and Washington University. Its primary use at this time was to house football games.

In 1925 the Gaylord Family Memorial Stadium began honoring school workers who tragically lost their lives in World War 1. They raised their capacity from 8,000 people to 16,000 people.

Currently, the stadium has a capacity of 80,126 people.

At this time, the stadium was only able to house 8,000 people. However, that number nearly doubled during the first stadium expansion in 1924. In current times, this stadium now houses nearly 14 diverse sports events such as equestrian events, basketball, and tennis.

Founded in 1930, H.A. Chapman Arena was built to host football games. At the time, H.A. Chapman Stadium could only hold 13,000 people.

As the stadium received expansions over the years, it grew to host more football games, with renovations. At this time, H.A. Chapman has grown from a capacity of 13,000 people to a whopping 30,000 people. In addition to additional seating, the stadium now has luxury suites, stands to get something to eat, and club-level seating, among its many renovated bonuses.

Located in Oklahoma City, the Chesapeake Energy Arena was built in 2002, with a max capacity of 18,203 people. It was formerly called “The Ford Center”, until getting its name changed in 2010. The original purpose of this arena was to serve as a place for basketball and hockey tournaments.

It was not until 2021 that Chesapeake Energy Arena was renovated to include concerts, family events, and televised events. Due to the additional events, the arena changed its name from Chesapeake Energy Arena to Paycom Center. It also underwent new ownership, which also explains its new name.

In 2024, the arena has an updated capacity of 19,711 spectators.

The Bok Center was built in 2008 by architect Cesar Pelli to host major indoor sports events and concerts. When it first opened its max capacity was 18,000 people. It was built to hold concerts and sports events indoors.

Its small increase of 18,000 to 19,199 in capacity may not seem like a lot, but the updates to the facility such as premium suites that come with a personal usher, make up for its small growth.
