Not only is the Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport the largest airport in New South Wales, it’s the busiest. It’s also the oldest continually operating commercial airport in the entire world. Over 60 different airlines fly in and out of its three terminals and runways each day for domestic, international, regional, and freight flights.

In August of 2023, the Sydney Airport had 26,452 flights to and from 28 different countries. There were 66 different airlines taking 250 routes, with Qantas Airline having the most routes with 61 different ones. Almost half of all flights in and out of Sydney were international. As a result of its multitude of airlines and flights, over 48.1 million passengers fly in and out of this airport annually.

Already a bustling place, Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport, sometimes called Mascot Airport, houses several conference rooms complete with projectors, flipcharts, whiteboards, and all other necessary technology. There are also souvenir shops, restaurants, a bank, pubs, and cafes to add to the hustle and bustle of airport traffic.
