Life,it is not perfect 

生活不总是完美的

We often encounter setbacks and difficulties in life.

在生活中，我们经常碰到困难障碍

Many people like complaining about the everything ,complaining about her job or her company's new policy. ect

很多人喜欢抱怨一切事情，抱怨他的工作，抱怨他公司的新政策

Actually,I know how they feel ,because I used to be a complainer 

事实上，我理解他们的感受，因为曾经我也是个 总抱怨的人

That' why I want  you to stop complaining. because it is not doing any good.

这是为什么我想让你们停止抱怨，因为没有任何好处

Either change your job or change your attitude towards your job ,that's you can do .It's a choice too

要么换工作，要么改变工作态度，这是你能做的,也是一种选择

Complaining  is useless.

It will only drain the little bit of enthusiasm you have left.

抱怨是没有用的，它只会毁掉你原本不多的热情

So we should stop complaining

所以我们应该停止抱怨

Think it over ,actually the world owes you nothing

仔细想想，世界不欠你什么

The world really does have nothing to do with you or anyone else

这个世纪与你与我，与任何人都没有关系

The planet will continue to exist without anyone

这个星球会继续存在即使没有任何人，

We were nurtured and looked after as kids , however it is not the case once we are an adult, the world doesn't  provide us with the same blanket of comfort as our carers once did.

我们从小被养育和照顾，然而长大以后就不一样了，这个世界不再像照顾我们的人曾经那样给我们提供舒适的毯子了

Which only means one thing , it is up to us to provide the blanket for ourselves and no one else

这说明一件事情，除了我们自己为自己提供舒适的毯子，没有人会照顾你

Our life is just like a blank canvas ,and you are the painter ,

我们的生活就像一张空白的画布，你就是画家

Start to think about what your hopes and dreams might be and remind yourself daily that it's all up to you to make things happen

开始思考自己的希望和梦想是什么 并每天提醒自己，让事情发生完全取决于你自己
