Success is Xiao He, and failure is Xiao He
这说的是韩信成为大将军是萧何推荐的，被杀也是萧何出的计策，这一成语形象地表达了事物发展的两面性，即同一个人或事物既能促成成功，也能导致失败。
This means that Han Xin became a general because of Xiao He's recommendation, and was killed because of Xiao He's strategy. This idiom vividly expresses the two-sided nature of the development of things, that is, the same person or thing can both promote success and lead to failure.
在楚汉争霸时期，刘邦与项羽争夺天下，韩信原本效力于项羽，但未被重用。
During the Chu-Han contention period, Liu Bang and Xiang Yu competed for the world. Han Xin originally worked for Xiang Yu, but was not reused.
后来，韩信投奔刘邦，起初也并未受到重视。

汉朝建立后，韩信被封为楚王，后因功高震主，被刘邦和吕后以谋反的罪名捕杀。
After the establishment of the Han Dynasty, Han Xin was named King of Chu. Later, because of his great achievements, he was arrested and killed by Liu Bang and Empress Lu on charges of treason.
萧何在这一过程中，虽然没有直接参与，但有观点认为他间接促成了韩信的悲剧。
Although Xiao He did not directly participate in this process, some people believe that he indirectly contributed to Han Xin's tragedy.
在韩信被捕前，萧何曾劝韩信入宫，韩信因此失去了防备，最终被吕后设计杀害。
Before Han Xin was arrested, Xiao He persuaded Han Xin to enter the palace, so Han Xin lost his guard and was eventually killed by Empress Lu.
