- Pumpkin puree (1 cup)
- Eggs (2)
- Peanut butter (3 tablespoons)
- Oat flour (2 1/2 to 4 cups)
- Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk peanut butter, pumpkin, and eggs together.
- Fold in 2 1/2 cups of flour and cinnamon.
- Add more flour until the dough isn’t sticky anymore.

- One banana, mashed

- Whole wheat flour (3 cups or more as needed)
Directions:

- Mix the pumpkin, mashed banana, and beaten eggs together until well combined.
- Add the flour and mix until combined. Use more flour as needed if the dough is too sticky.

- Place on the prepared baking sheet an inch apart.

Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour (1/2 cup)
- Baking powder (1 tsp)
- Egg (1)
- Maple syrup (1 tbsp)
- Peanut butter (1 tbsp)
- Pumpkin puree (1/2 cup)
- Shredded carrot (1/2 cup)
- Greek yogurt (1/4 cup)
For Frosting:
- Greek yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Peanut butter (2 oz.)
- Maple syrup (1/2 tbsp)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until well incorporated.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop batter into a lined 6-muffin tin.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until firm.
- Place all of the ingredients for the frosting in a bowl and mix well.

Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour (1 cup)
- Ground flax (1/2 cup)
- Cinnamon (1 tbsp)
- Two eggs
- Unsweetened applesauce (1/3 cup)
- Pumpkin (3/4 cup)
- Almond milk, unsweetened (1/4 cup)
- Chicken broth (1/4 cup)
For Glaze:
- Almond milk (2 tbsp)
- Honey (2 tsp)
- Tapioca flour (5 tbsp plus 1 tsp)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° degrees.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, flax, and cinnamon. Set to the side.
- In a large bowl, beat the two eggs.
- Stir in the applesauce, pumpkin, almond milk, and chicken broth.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet.
- Spoon the dough into a disposable pastry bag.
- Spray each cup of the donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Fill each cup to the top with the dough.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Let the pan cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before turning the doughnuts out onto the wire rack.
- Repeat steps until there is no more dough.
Glaze:
- Whisk together the almond milk and the honey.
- Add one tablespoon of tapioca flour at a time and stir together until dissolved.
- Once all the tapioca flour is added, drizzle the glaze on the cooled doughnuts.
