为什么说many work experiences是错的呢？ 因为在中文里，经验和经历是两个不同的词，但英语中就不一样了，这两个词都要用experience 表达，这就很容易造成误解！01、experience 经验
我们先了解 experience 作为“经验”的用法。
大家都知道，经验没法用数字衡量，因此我们不能按中文思路把"很多经验"加s。
正确用法是：work experience
但直接讲"I have many work experience."虽然没有错，却感觉话没说完，所以要用in...把意思表达完整。
?举个例子I have a lot of work experience in marketing.
我是市场营销方面有很多经验。
另外，除了当工作经验之外，英国人说的work experience经常指“实习”，搭配的动词是do。
?举个例子 She is doing work experience in a hospital to gain insight into the medical field. 她正在一家医院做实习，以了解医疗领域。02、experience 经历
我们的经历是一段一段可以数出来的，所以，经历是可数，可以加“s”。
那么，“没经验”用英语要怎么说？有的小伙伴可能会想，这还不简单！不就是I have no experience吗

“没经验”的英语表达
“I have no experience.”这句话本身没有错，但太直接的回答会显得很奇怪。 在很多正式场合，尤其是面试时，我们可以把话说的更委婉一些来表达“我不在行，我懂得不多”的意思。
① I am afraid I don t know much about that. 恐怕我对这方面懂得还不多。
②I am not an expert in/on/at …… 在……方面我不是专家，没什么经验。
③To be honest, I am not an expert in the field. 坦白来说，这一领域我并不是专家。
④I am not really an expert in this area. 在这方面，我真的没什么经验。
除此之外，面试的时候怎么说才得体呢？不要着急，今天教大家几招好用的！
01、自我介绍部分 Can you give us a brief introduction of yourself? 给我们做个简单的自我介绍吧？ I have come at your invitation for an interview. 我是应约来面试的。 I'm Steve, I come from New York. 我叫史蒂夫，来自纽约。 I was born on August 1st, 1989. 我出生于1989年8月1日。
My major is English.
我主修英语专业。
I graduated from Columbia with a degree in law.
我毕业于哥伦比亚大学法律系。
02、自我评价以及优缺点I have the ability to stay focused in stressful situations.
我不怕困难。
I can learn and grow in my field.
我学习能力强，又成长快。
I can be counted on when the going gets tough.
共度难关，我是值得信赖的。
My strength is my flexibility to handle change.
我的优点就是能够灵活应对突发事件。
One of my biggest strengths is my communication skills.
我最大的优点就是沟通技巧。
还有一句话，多少有点“凡尔赛”了，但是还是比较实用的，介绍给大家“Sometimes I'm reserved and enjoy staying and thinking all by myself.”
这句话的意思是“有时候我沉默寡言，喜欢独处和思考” ，听起来像是自己的缺点，但实则是在变相的夸奖自己。
但是你要是觉得不够还可以跟上一句“I think this may be my weakness.”，意思是“我觉得这可能是我的缺点”。
