Some people regard opportunities as the most important part of their life,it's the way to success,

人们把机会看作是生活中最重要的一部分，是成功之道

So when they see their friends succeed,they will complain that they are not lucky enough to have the opportunities 

当他们看见朋友成功时，总是抱怨自己不够幸运 没有这样的机会

Acctually opportunities are given to those who are well-prepared 

事实上，机会总是留给有准备的人

An old chinese saying goes: one minute on stage requires ten years of hard work off stage. 

老话说 台上一分钟，台下十年功

When we are envious of those successful people' s great chance,fate and success ,their efforts behind the flowers and applause are ignored

当我们羡慕成功人士的机会 命运和成功时候，总是忽略掉他们背后的努力

Opportunities are really miraculous , they often appear around us as a matter of fact.

机会也是很神奇的，事实上 他们会不时地出现在我们身边

While wisers can find them and get achievement by using them,ordinary people frequently miss them and then complain the unfair of fate

然而聪明的人能找到他们利用他们 从而有所成就，但是我们普通人多半是错过他们 并常常抱怨并运的不公

It's because opportunities favor well-prepared people,only these people can recognize and seize opportunities 

因为机会是留给有准备的人，往往他们才能识别出机会并抓住机会

I don‘t think it is opportunities itself that decides a person's success or failure ,it is fair to everyone  

我不认为单靠机会 就能决定一个人是否成功，机会对每人都是公平的

We need knowledge ,experience and our horizon to seize opportunities

我们需要知识，阅历和眼界才能抓住机会

我们需要主动寻找机会 因为机会 不会主动去找你，
