用英语讲成语寓言故事——Frog in the Well 井底之蛙
从前，有一只小青蛙，它住在一个深深的井里。
Once upon a time, there was a little frog who lived in a deep well.
井里的一小块天空是它每天看到的全部世界。
The small patch of sky in the well is the whole world it sees every day.
小青蛙很开心地生活着，无忧无虑的，它以为这就是整个世界。
The little frog lived happily and carefree, and it thought this was the whole world.
有一天，小青蛙坐在井底，看着头顶上的那块蓝天，它骄傲地对自己说：“这块天可真美呀，我的世界真是太大了，其他地方肯定没有这么好！”
One day, the little frog sat at the bottom of the well, looking at the blue sky above his head. He proudly said to himself, "This sky is so beautiful! My world is so big. It must not be as beautiful as this in other places!"
这时，一只大海龟经过井边，听到了小青蛙的话。
At this time, a big turtle passed by the well and heard what the little frog said.
大海龟笑了笑，问小青蛙：“小青蛙，你有没有见过大海？”
The big turtle smiled and asked the little frog: "Little frog, have you ever seen the sea?"
小青蛙疑惑地摇摇头，说：“大海？那是什么？”
The little frog shook his head in confusion and said, "The sea? What is that?"
大海龟耐心地解释道：“大海非常大，比你看到的这片天还要大得多，水天相接，无边无际。那里有各种各样的鱼和其他海洋生物，蓝天、白云和海水连成一片，景色美极了。”
The big turtle patiently explained: "The sea is very big, much bigger than the sky you see. The water and the sky are connected, and there is no limit. There are all kinds of fish and other marine life. The blue sky, white clouds and sea water are connected into one. The scenery is very beautiful."
小青蛙听了，睁大了眼睛，不敢相信地说：“真的吗？我从来没有见过这么大的世界，我一直以为我的井口就是整个世界。”
The little frog opened his eyes wide and said in disbelief, "Really? I have never seen such a big world. I always thought that the mouth of my well was the whole world."
大海龟鼓励小青蛙：“小青蛙，你跳出来吧，我带你去看看大海，走出这口井，你会看到一个更广阔、更美丽的世界。”
The big turtle encouraged the little frog: "Little frog, jump out. I will take you to see the sea. When you walk out of this well, you will see a wider and more beautiful world."
小青蛙不相信有更大的海和更美的天空。
The little frog didn't believe there was a bigger sea and a more beautiful sky.
但是也想出去看看是不是真的，所以它听从了大海龟的建议，努力地爬出了井口。
But it also wanted to go out and see if it was true, so it followed the big turtle's advice and worked hard to climb out of the well.
当它站在井外，第一次看到大海时，惊讶得说不出话来，再看看更大更广阔的天空，确实更美。
When it stood outside the well and saw the sea for the first time, it was so surprised that it was speechless. Then it looked at the bigger and wider sky, which was indeed more beautiful.
它终于明白了，自己的井口只是整个世界的一小部分。
It finally realized that its wellhead was only a small part of the whole world.
这个故事告诉我们：不要像井底之蛙那样目光短浅。世界很大，充满了许多美好的事物和机会。我们要勇于走出自己的“小世界”，去探索和了解更广阔的天地，才能真正成长和进步。
This story tells us: Don't be short-sighted like a frog in a well. The world is big and full of many wonderful things and opportunities. We must have the courage to step out of our own "little world" and explore and understand the wider world in order to truly grow and progress.
