用英语讲寓言小故事——The Three Little Pigs 三只小猪
从前，有一个猪妈妈，她有三个孩子，分别叫呼呼，噜噜，嘟嘟。
Once upon a time, there was a mother pig who had three children, named Huhu, Lulu, and Dudu.
这天，猪妈妈让他们三个去学点手艺，给他们的任务就是给自己做一个房子。
That day, mother pig asked the three of them to learn some skills, and her task was to build a house for themselves.
猪妈妈说，用稻草、木头、砖头都可以做房子。
Mother Pig said that houses can be built with straw, wood or bricks.
不过草房子没有木头房子结实，木头房子没有砖头房子结实。
However, a straw house is not as strong as a wooden house, and a wooden house is not as strong as a brick house.
第一只小猪呼呼：
The first little pig Huhu:
呼呼是很懒的一只小猪，他选择了用稻草建房子。Huhu was a very lazy little pig. He chose to build a house with straw.
只用了一天时间就建好了稻草房。
It took him only one day to build the straw house.
他觉得这样可以有很多时间玩耍了。可是稻草房子并不坚固。
He thought that this would give him more time to play. But the straw house was not strong.
第二只小猪噜噜：
The second little pig Lulu:
噜噜稍微勤快一些，他选择了用木头建造房子。
Lulu was a little more diligent and he chose to build a house with wood.
虽然比稻草房子坚固，但也没有花太多时间，所以他也有很多时间去玩耍。
Although it was sturdier than a straw house, it didn't take as much time to build, so he had plenty of time to play.
木头房子虽然比稻草房子好，但还是不够坚固。
Although a wooden house is better than a straw house, it is still not strong enough.
第三只小猪嘟嘟：
The third little pig:
嘟嘟最聪明，也最勤劳。
Dudu is the smartest and the most hardworking.
他用了很多天的时间，用砖头和水泥建造了一间非常坚固的房子。
He spent many days building a very sturdy house using bricks and cement.
虽然过程很辛苦，但他相信这样会更加安全。
Although the process is difficult, he believes it will be safer.
后来有一个大灰狼来了。
Then a big bad wolf came.
他先来到呼呼的稻草房子前，说：“小猪小猪，让我进来！”
He first came to the whirring straw house and said, "Little pig, little pig, let me in!"
呼呼吓得说：“不行，你是大灰狼！”
Hu Hu was so scared that he said, "No, you are the Big Bad Wolf!"
于是大灰狼用力一吹，稻草房子就倒了。
So the Big Bad Wolf blew hard, and the straw house collapsed.
呼呼吓的赶紧逃到了第二只小猪噜噜的木头房子里。
Huhu was so scared that he quickly ran to the wooden house of the second little pig, Lulu.
大灰狼接着来到噜噜的木头房子前，说：“小猪小猪，让我进来！”
The big bad wolf then came to Lulu's wooden house and said, "Little pig, little pig, let me in!"
两只小猪一起说：“不行，你这个大灰狼！”
The two little pigs said together: "No, you big bad wolf!"
大灰狼用力一吹，木头房子没有倒，但是它使劲一撞，木头房子倒了。
The big bad wolf blew hard, and the wooden house did not fall down. But when he hit it hard, the wooden house fell down.
两只小猪赶紧逃到了第三只小猪嘟嘟的砖头房子里。
The two little pigs quickly ran away to the third little pig, Dudu’s brick house.
大灰狼跟着来到砖头房子前，又说：“小猪小猪，让我进来！”
The big bad wolf followed him to the brick house and said again, "Little pig, little pig, let me in!"
三只小猪一起说：“不行，你这个大灰狼！”
The three little pigs said together, "No, you big bad wolf!"
大灰狼用力吹了好几次，房子没动，还使劲撞了好几次，但砖头房子一点也没动。
The big bad wolf blew hard several times, but the house didn't move. He also banged it hard several times, but the brick house didn't move at all.
大灰狼很生气，决定从烟囱进去。
The Big Bad Wolf was very angry and decided to go in through the chimney.
嘟嘟早有准备，然后他们在烟囱下面点了一堆火。
Toot was prepared, and they lit a fire under the chimney.
大灰狼从烟囱下来时，被火烫到了，痛得跑走了，再也不敢回来。
When the big bad wolf came down the chimney, he was burned by the fire. He ran away in pain and never dared to come back.
三只小猪终于安全了，他们一起住在坚固的砖头房子里，过上了幸福的生活。
The three little pigs were finally safe. They lived together in a sturdy brick house and lived a happy life.
这个故事告诉我们：做事要像第三只小猪一样，认真、勤奋、聪明。虽然花费的时间和力气更多，但最终会带来更好的结果。遇到困难时，要有智慧去解决，这样才能更好地保护自己和家人。
This story tells us that we should be like the third little pig, serious, diligent and smart in doing things. Although it takes more time and effort, it will eventually bring better results. When encountering difficulties, we should be wise to solve them, so that we can better protect ourselves and our families.
