The Brave Little Tailor
从前，有一个小裁缝。他很聪明，但个子很小。
Once upon a time, there was a little tailor. He was very clever but very small.
一天，他正在吃面包，看见有七只苍蝇在桌上飞。他用力一拍，打死了七只苍蝇。
One day, while eating bread, he saw seven flies flying around the table. He gave a strong slap and killed seven flies.
小裁缝很高兴，他做了一件衣服，上面写着“我一次打死七个！”他想让大家知道他的勇敢。
The little tailor was very happy. He made a piece of clothing with the words "I killed seven people at once!" written on it. He wanted everyone to know how brave he was.
小裁缝离开了家，穿着他的新衣服，开始了冒险。
The little tailor left home, wearing his new clothes, and started his adventure.
他遇到了一只巨人。巨人看到小裁缝的衣服，很惊讶，认为他很强大。
He met a giant. The giant saw the little tailor's clothes and was amazed, thinking he was very powerful.
巨人决定考验小裁缝。然后巨人把一块大石头用力往外扔，过了很长时间石头才回到他的手中。
The giant decided to test the little tailor. Then the giant threw a big stone out with force, and it took a long time for the stone to return to his hand.
结果小裁缝聪明地用一只鸟代替了石头，往天上一扔，小鸟获得了自由，开心的飞走了，巨人非常惊讶。
As a result, the little tailor cleverly replaced the stone with a bird and threw it into the sky. The bird gained freedom and flew away happily, and the giant was very surprised.
然后巨人又扛起一棵树，对小裁缝说：如果你有力气，就和我一起把这棵树搬回家吧！
Then the giant carried a tree and said to the little tailor: If you have the strength, come and carry this tree home with me!
小裁缝说，没问题！交给我吧，你来抬前面，我抬后面。
The little tailor said, no problem! Leave it to me, you carry the front and I carry the back.
于是，巨人扛起大树，一直扛着走了。
So the giant carried the tree and kept carrying it.
而小裁缝呢？却坐在巨人的肩膀上，唱着《三个裁缝骑马进城》的歌。
And the little tailor? He sat on the giant's shoulders and sang the song "Three Tailors Riding into the City".
后来，巨人害怕小裁缝会伤害他，他打不过小裁缝，就害怕的跑走了。
Later, the giant was afraid that the little tailor would hurt him. He couldn't beat the little tailor, so he ran away in fear.
然后小裁缝在森林里的一颗大树下睡觉，正好有两个国王的侍卫发现了。
Then the little tailor was sleeping under a big tree in the forest, and two of the king's guards happened to find him.
侍卫看到他的衣服，推荐给国王，国王觉得这人很有用，就留下了他。
The guards saw his clothes and recommended it to the king. The king thought this man was very useful and kept him.
有一天，国王对小裁缝说：“森林里有两个可恶的巨人，他们杀人、放火、抢劫，无恶不作，
One day, the king said to the little tailor: "There are two abominable giants in the forest. They kill people, set fires, rob and commit all kinds of evil.
如果你杀死了这两个巨人，我就把公主嫁给你，并有半个国家的陪嫁”。

小裁缝在森林用石头砸这两个巨人，巨人没有发现他，都认为是另一个巨人打自己。
The little tailor hit the two giants with stones in the forest. The giants didn't find him and thought that the other giant hit them.
然后他们吵起来了还打的不可开交，最后同归于尽。
Then they quarreled and fought fiercely, and finally died together.
最后小裁缝用智慧打败了巨人和其他野兽。
Finally, the little tailor defeated the giants and other beasts with wisdom.
国王听了他的勇敢，请他到宫殿，还把公主嫁给了他。
The king heard about his bravery, invited him to the palace, and married the princess to him.
